When a family member asks the AI avatar a question like "What did Grandma think about courage?", that counts as one conversation turn. The avatar answers only from memories you have reviewed and approved.

Video messages let a memory creator record a personal video for a specific family member — a birthday blessing, wedding advice, or a message for a future milestone. The video is delivered to that family member at the time you choose.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you only pay the difference. If you downgrade, your existing memories stay safe — you just cannot add new ones beyond the new limit.

Your memories are yours. If you cancel, your account becomes read-only. Family members can still access approved memories. Your data is never deleted unless you ask.

Absolutely. Your memories are private and are never used to train AI models. Only family members you explicitly invite can access them. You control every word.

Not without explicit written consent. Voice features are optional and always controlled by the memory creator. We transcribe audio so the avatar can reference what was said, but voice cloning is a separate, consent-gated feature.
